 Just what I needed... Jun 07, 2009
I really needed a cooling fan. I didn't want to spend a lot of money. I have also been thinking about getting a USB hub. I read all of the reviews. Some reviews said that the USB ports and card reader didn't work, but my main need was the fan. It works great! The fans cool off my Powerbook. It is not having as many problems any more due to heat. The USB ports work well and so does the card reader. My computer fits on it perfectly. I am very happy with my purchase. I have no regrets.
 Working Great So Far Jun 02, 2009
I have only had my cooling stand for about one and a half weeks, but it has been working great. I was having problems w/my laptop overheating and shutting off. So far it hasn't shut off any since I hooked up the cooling stand. It is also very quiet, not nearly as loud as the fan on my laptop was. I am very satisfied with mine.
 Doesn't Cool Enough May 23, 2009
I own a Dell Inspiron 1501 and I have had problems with my computer turning off automatically due to heat. This product only extends the period of time that I can use my laptop, but my laptop will still turn off. This product's fans are not strong enough to cool my computer when I do my heavy duty projects. I don't recommend it. If it were just a fan, I would rate it a 1 star, but since it also contains extra USB hubs, I rated it 2 stars. Get a different fan.
Excellent Product May 18, 2009
I have a Gateway laptop with a full keyboard, so it's larger than most laptops. Since it's a nice laptop, I want it to last as long as possible, so I purchased this cooler after reading all the previous reviews. The only problem I have with it is when I use it on my laptop desk on a slant, it's slides off the cooler because my laptop is larger than the cooler. When I use it on a flat surface it's fine. I should have taken this into consideration before purchasing it, but overall, very satisfied with this product.

 Low Quality and Poor Customer Service Policies May 12, 2009
This fan cooler is sized to fit a netbook, not a notebook. The fans are noisy, the ac adapter runs very hot and the laptop slides around quite a bit. At $19.95, this is barely a good purchase. Throw in the costs of shipping both ways since this is not refunded when you return it, and it is no longer cost effective. Apparently, the priviledge of purchasing from this company is supposed to make up for all of the problems with this product.
